Daemon3D Print had a great time exhibiting at BETT with MakerBot, we met a wide range of people with interesting applications.

At BETT 2018, we launched the new Educators’ Gateway to 3D Printing programme; this new programme is designed to help schools and colleges make the move to professional 3D printing in line with their budgets and future for development plans. The emphasis is to give educator’s the tools and skills needed to help move 3D printing into their daily teaching. The Educators Gateway to 3D Printing means any teaching establishment can put together a bespoke 3D printing solution that is unique to them, using leading hardware technology from MakerBot backed up by our support and training services. Budget plans also form a key part of the Gateway concept with a range of flexible options to enable education budgets to go further and get even better value. During BETT there was an array of STEM related demonstrations on our Stand G130. The new MakerBot Educator’s Guide forms the centrepiece of a range of learning support resources that aim to provide teachers with access to a broad selection of best practice lesson plans from which they can choose those most relevant to their class needs.
