WASP 3MT HDP Industrial Pellet 3D Printer
The WASP 3MT HDP (High Deposition Polymer) is a large-format industrial pellet 3D printer engineered for high-speed production of structural thermoplastic components. Featuring a closed build area and a Ø1000 × 1000 mm cylindrical build volume, it is designed for technical departments, manufacturing facilities, universities and prototyping centres requiring large-scale polymer fabrication with reduced material cost. The integrated auto feeder pellet tank and end pellet sensor improve process continuity, making the system suitable for extended production cycles.
Pellet Extrusion for High-Volume Polymer Production
The HDP configuration enables direct printing from thermoplastic pellets commonly used in injection moulding. This approach reduces material cost compared to filament while supporting high flow rates suitable for large structural prints.

The system requires a suitable air compressor (up to 8 Bar) for pellet extrusion operation. Installation and training services are available within Europe, including on-site commissioning by a WASP technician. The 3MT HDP is suited to industrial prototyping departments, manufacturing facilities and research institutions seeking large-format, cost-efficient thermoplastic additive manufacturing.
