What is a refurbished machine?
Our refurbished machines are machines which we have been restored back into their out-of-box condition. They are tested multiple times and will only be sold as a 'refurb' when it has been restored to working condition.
These refurbished machines have been previously opened and used, but to get them back into their restored form, we have replaced all necessary components to get them into good quality once again.
These machines have either been returned by a customer (not necessarily due to damage or fault) or they are ex-demo machines, meaning that they may have marks from previous use. If the machine has been returned due to a fault, it will have been completely repaired and the machine is now in full working order.
The Open Box machines have a 6-month warranty and a 90-day warranty on the laser tube unless stated otherwise.

Warranty:All of our machines come with a standard 12 month return to base warranty (parts only), this means “you the customer" are responsible for sending the item back to us. All return shipping costs for warranty work are at the cost of the customer and the return must be sent back in the original packaging.
