Anisoprint Smooth PA (1.75mm) – 750cc
Anisoprint Smooth PA is a carbon fibre-filled nylon filament developed for functional, load-bearing parts where stiffness and dimensional stability matter more than cosmetic flexibility. Compared to standard PA filaments, the carbon reinforcement significantly increases rigidity and reduces deformation under load, making it far better suited to brackets, fixtures, tooling and structural prototypes. The material is engineered to print more predictably than typical nylons, with improved layer consistency and reduced warping on larger parts.
Smooth PA is also formulated to be less sensitive to moisture than many nylon-based filaments, helping maintain consistent extrusion and surface quality during printing. While dry storage is still recommended for best results, this reduced moisture absorption makes the filament more forgiving in real-world workshop environments. The finished parts have a clean, matte appearance and are designed to integrate well into composite and reinforced printing workflows.
