This bundle combines the EinScan Rigil — a tri-mode professional laser scanner — with EXModel Pro, a complete scan-to-CAD reconstruction platform. Tri-Mode Laser Scanning
EinScan Rigil offers three scanning modes—Single Line, Cross Line, and Multi Line—giving it the versatility required for a wide range of geometries and surfaces. Engineers can switch between precision edge capture, enhanced feature tracking, or rapid area coverage depending on the project requirements. These modes function across wired and wireless setups, enabling flexible scanning in workshop or field environments.
Hybrid Light Source
Rigil combines structured-light projection with laser scanning to maximise surface compatibility and reduce failure points. This hybrid approach helps the scanner handle dark, reflective, or challenging materials without excessive surface prep. The system intelligently switches or blends projection modes to maintain accuracy across materials, colours, and lighting conditions.
High-Definition Laser Mode
In HD Laser Mode, the Rigil achieves up to 0.04 mm accuracy with 0.05 mm resolution, ideal for capturing fine details in tooling, medical components, or intricate mechanical parts. Sharp edges, engravings, fillets, and small geometries can be digitised without sacrificing fidelity or requiring extensive post-processing.
Full Colour Texture Capture
The built-in colour camera enables texture-accurate scanning for design replication, digital preservation, visualisation, and creative workflows. Colour data is mapped directly to the mesh in real time, supporting industries where appearance matters as much as geometry.

EXModel Pro provides the tools required to transform scan data from the Rigil into accurate CAD geometry. With advanced sketching, surface creation, feature extraction, and hybrid modelling, it completes the reverse-engineering workflow without requiring external CAD plug-ins.
Streamlined Mesh Preparation
Mesh cleanup includes smoothing, hole-filling, outlier removal, decimation, and topology optimisation. The result is a stable, well-prepared mesh ready for CAD reconstruction.
Automatic Geometry & Feature Extraction
EXModel automatically extracts primitives such as planes, cylinders, cones, spheres, and alignment references. This accelerates the reconstruction of manufacturable geometry while ensuring dimensional consistency.
Advanced Sketching & Surface Tools
EXModel Pro introduces constrained sketching, 3D curve drawing, surface patching, and free-form reconstruction tools. Engineers can rebuild complex curvature or mechanical detail directly on top of scan geometry.
