FLUX-PROMARK

The FLUX Promark MOPA is an advanced fibre laser that offers greater control over each laser pulse, allowing for cleaner engraving, colour marking on stainless steel and titanium, improved marking on plastics, and higher-quality finishes. While a standard fibre laser is an excellent choice for fast, cost-effective deeper metal engraving, a MOPA laser provides the versatility and precision needed for a wider range of materials and premium applications even in bulk production.

FLUX Promark MOPA Fibre Laser Engraver

The FLUX Promark range is a series of compact fibre laser marking systems designed for high-precision engraving and marking on metals and other compatible materials. Available in both 20W and 50W power options, the standard fibre laser models are ideal for fast, reliable metal engraving, serial number marking, product identification and component traceability, making them an excellent choice for industrial and manufacturing applications.

Each power option is available as either an open desktop system for experienced users working within a suitable laser-safe environment, or as the Safe+ version featuring a fully enclosed Class 1 safety enclosure. The Safe+ models are ideal for schools, workshops, studios and production environments where additional operator protection is required.

For users requiring greater flexibility, the range also includes the 20W MOPA model. Unlike a standard fibre laser, MOPA technology offers adjustable pulse width and frequency, providing greater control over heat input for cleaner engraving, improved marking on plastics, colour marking on stainless steel and titanium, and high-contrast black marking on anodised aluminium. It's the ideal choice for premium products, personalised items and applications requiring the highest quality finish.

MOPA Fibre Laser Technology for Greater Material Control

FLUX Promark MOPA fibre laser marking metal components

Unlike standard fibre lasers that use more limited pulse parameters, the Promark MOPA allows users to adjust the laser’s pulse duration and frequency. This additional control helps operators optimise the marking process for different metals, surface finishes and engraving requirements.

Shorter pulses can reduce unwanted heat transfer when marking delicate or heat-sensitive surfaces, while alternative pulse settings can be used for deeper engraving, improved contrast or controlled colour effects. This gives the Promark MOPA the flexibility to handle both detailed custom work and repeat industrial marking.

  • Adjustable pulse width and frequency settings
  • Supports fine surface marking and deeper engraving
  • Suitable for colour marking on stainless steel
  • Improved control over heat input and surface finish

Designed for Metal Engraving and Industrial Marking

The Promark MOPA is primarily designed for marking metals and engineering materials. It can produce permanent identification marks, detailed graphics and high-contrast text on stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, titanium and many coated or plated surfaces.

Its high-speed galvanometer scanning system is well suited to both individual customisation jobs and repeated production tasks. Users can create serial numbers, QR codes, barcodes, identification plates and branded components without relying on consumable inks, labels or mechanical engraving tools.

  • Marks stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper and titanium
  • Suitable for serial numbers, QR codes, barcodes and logos
  • Supports jewellery, tools, identification plates and industrial parts
  • Suitable for one-off customisation and repeat batch production

Choose Between the Standard and SafePlus Configurations

FLUX Promark MOPA desktop fibre laser engraving system

The standard FLUX Promark MOPA is designed for professional users who already have a controlled laser workspace and the appropriate operating procedures in place. Its open desktop format provides direct access to the marking area, making it convenient for varied components, fixtures and repetitive production work.

The FLUX Promark MOPA SafePlus surrounds the marking system with a protective Class 1 enclosure. Integrated safety controls help prevent laser operation while the housing is open, reducing the risk of accidental laser exposure and making the system easier to introduce into shared environments.

  • Promark MOPA: Open desktop configuration for controlled professional workspaces
  • Promark MOPA SafePlus: Fully enclosed Class 1 configuration
  • Both versions use the same flexible MOPA fibre laser technology
  • Select the required configuration from the product dropdown

Compact Integration into Digital Manufacturing Workflows

Both Promark MOPA configurations are designed to provide professional fibre laser capability within a compact desktop footprint. This allows the system to be installed alongside equipment such as laser cutters, CNC machines, 3D printers and inspection systems without requiring the space associated with a larger industrial marking cell.

The Promark MOPA supports common vector graphics and marking files produced through CAD, illustration and product-design software. This makes it straightforward to prepare logos, technical graphics, identification data and repeatable marking layouts as part of an existing digital fabrication or production process.

  • Compact footprint for workshops, studios and production spaces
  • High-speed galvanometer scanning for efficient marking
  • Suitable for repeatable batch layouts and component fixtures
  • Integrates alongside existing digital fabrication equipment
