Kexcelled MOLEGRID™ AcryHeat Ultra-High Temp Resin
MOLEGRID™ AcryHeat Resin – 0.5kg / 1kg
MOLEGRID™ AcryHeat is a high-performance 405nm photopolymer resin designed for resin 3D printing applications that require strong heat resistance. It is made for users who need functional resin parts that can maintain their shape and mechanical properties when exposed to elevated temperatures.
This resin is suited to more demanding workflows than standard modelling resins, including high-temperature prototyping, industrial part testing, tooling, fixtures, and functional components. It is a practical option for engineers, designers, workshops, and advanced users who need resin prints that can handle heat, stress, and repeated handling.
Benefits:
- High-temperature resistance for demanding resin printed parts
- Strong mechanical performance for durable 3D printed components
- High precision for accurate prototypes, tooling, and fixtures
- Good hardness for parts that need rigidity and shape stability
- Low odour formulation for a more comfortable printing environment
Typical Applications:
MOLEGRID™ AcryHeat is designed for resin printing tasks where heat resistance, dimensional stability, and mechanical strength are important. It is suitable for producing functional prototypes, test parts, workshop fixtures, and industrial components that may be exposed to higher temperatures.
- High-temperature prototyping
- Industrial parts
- Tooling and fixtures
- Functional parts
Printer Compatibility:
MOLEGRID™ AcryHeat is compatible with standard 405nm LCD and DLP resin 3D printers. Exposure settings should be adjusted based on printer model, screen strength, layer height, resin colour, support structure, and the size of the part being printed.
Recommended Printing Settings:
- Layer height: 0.05mm
- Bottom layers: 4–6
- Normal exposure: Printer profile dependent
- Bottom exposure: Printer profile dependent
- Wavelength: 405nm
- Post-curing: Required
Why Choose MOLEGRID™ AcryHeat?
MOLEGRID™ AcryHeat is a good choice when standard resin does not provide enough heat resistance for the intended application. Its high heat deflection temperature makes it suitable for parts that need to remain stable under elevated temperatures, including prototypes, fixtures, tooling aids, and functional resin components.
