Elephant Robotics myAGV Pro
The Elephant Robotics myAGV Pro is an omnidirectional autonomous mobile robot platform designed for robotics development, logistics simulation, education, research, and compound robot applications. With a payload capacity of up to 50kg and a top speed of 1.5m/s, it provides a capable mobile base for integrating robotic arms, perception hardware, and autonomous navigation systems.
Omnidirectional Mobile Platform
The myAGV Pro is built around an omnidirectional steering chassis, allowing it to move flexibly in tight or structured environments without needing large turning spaces. ROS2 Development and Autonomous Navigation
The myAGV Pro is designed for standard robotics development workflows and supports Ubuntu 22.04 with ROS2 Humble. It can be used with common simulation and visualisation tools such as RVIZ and Gazebo, helping developers test mapping, navigation, and system behaviour before applying changes to the physical robot.
The platform supports SLAM and navigation algorithms including Gmapping, Cartographer, and RTAB-Map for 2D and 3D mapping. It also provides Python API access, example code, RS232 serial communication support, wireless joystick control, and a visual UI for simplified deployment. For longer operating periods, the LiFePO4 battery system, quick-release battery design, and optional automatic charging function help reduce downtime and make the platform easier to manage in active development environments.
