Universal 3D Printing System
The F-NIS 23151 is well-suited for universities, R&D labs, and industrial research facilities. Its modular and adaptable design supports a wide variety of use cases, from basic DIW experimentation to integration within more complex material development workflows. The printer’s architecture allows researchers to configure the system according to specific needs, making it a practical solution for projects requiring flexibility and control over material deposition processes.
Material Versatility
Thanks to its pneumatic extrusion system and configurable toolheads, the F-NIS 23151 can handle a broad spectrum of functional materials including:

Optional modules and upgrades enable compatibility with UV-curable materials and heated formulations, further extending the system’s versatility in laboratory and research settings.
Toolhead Options and Customisation
Three variants of the F-NIS 23151 are available, each offering different extrusion configurations:
- Version A/B: Equipped with 55 ml or 30 ml cartridge toolheads, with optional UV curing functionality.
- Version C: Includes a 10 ml cartridge with integrated heating and UV support.
- Custom Options: A 10 ml steel cartridge toolhead with heating capability up to 140°C is available for demanding applications involving heat-sensitive or reactive materials.
Working Platform and Heating System
The F-NIS features a heated tempered glass build surface with a print area of 230 × 150 × 150 mm. The platform heats up to 120°C, supporting direct printing onto substrates such as:
- Metals
- PMMA
- Polycarbonate
- 3D-printed gaskets
This setup enhances adhesion and expands the range of usable materials and applications.
Pneumatic Control and Optional Compressor
Precise extrusion control is managed via an external Pneumatic Box, compatible with pressure sources ranging from 4 to 8 bar. For standalone operation, an optional compressor can be supplied. The compressor is CE-compliant and widely used in academic and industrial environments across Europe.
