Kexcelled THE K6™ PLA CF10

Kexcelled THE K6™ PLA CF10 is a carbon fibre reinforced PLA filament designed for users who want the easy print behaviour of PLA with improved rigidity, dimensional stability, and a more technical surface finish. It is suitable for functional prototypes, fixtures, jigs, brackets, housings, display parts, and low-load engineering components where stiffness and clean print quality are important.

The material combines PLA with 10% carbon fibre content, helping printed parts feel more rigid and stable than standard PLA while still remaining practical to print on common FDM 3D printers. It is a useful choice for workshop, prototyping, education, and production environments where users need consistent results without moving into more demanding engineering polymers.

THE K6™ PLA CF10 prints at a recommended nozzle temperature of 200–240°C, with a bed temperature of 35–55°C. Active cooling is recommended between 50–100%, and a PEI frosted build surface can be used for reliable adhesion during printing.
