The WASP 60100 HDP is a large-format industrial 3D printer designed to print directly from plastic granules (pellets) for cost-efficient, high-throughput production of sizeable thermoplastic parts. Pellet Printing with Continuous Feeding and High-Temperature Extrusion
The 60100 HDP prints from injection-moulding-style pellets, enabling lower material cost and simplified bulk handling for long production runs. The pneumatic continuous feeding system supports stable flow during extended builds, while the liquid-cooled extruder is engineered for high-temperature polymers with hotend temperatures up to 500 °C.

The system requires 220/240 V power (max absorbed 3.5 kW) and an 8 bar air supply (50 L tank recommended).
