Wavelength: 405nm resin printer compatibility
Suggested layer height: 0.05mm as a general starting point for detailed resin prints
Bottom layers: 4–6 layers as a typical starting range
Normal exposure: Start from your printer profile; if supports break or delamination occurs, increase normal exposure by 1–2 seconds
Bottom exposure: If the print does not adhere to the build plate, re-level the printer and increase bottom exposure by 10–20 seconds at a time
Support density: For models with support failure or delamination, use stronger supports and keep support density above 75%
Cleaning: Wash printed parts with water until the surface is no longer sticky, but do not soak washable resin prints in water
Drying: Blow dry or fully dry the model after washing before secondary curing
Post-curing: Carry out secondary curing after washing and drying; the material property data is based on 30 minutes of UV post-curing at 10mW/cm²
